     -   Additional time at a wedding. $100 per hour. Additional time can be added to either package, but the maximum time is 7 hours due to the physical constraints of shooting more than 7 hours straight.

     -     Bridal and/or Engagement session “on-location”: $150 for approximately 1-hour, with multiple poses. Includes email to newspaper(s), etc.

-         Both packages feature direct Internet order fulfillment with the above discount pricing. Even your guests can order a 4x6 for just 22 cents! It doesn't get any better than this. Professional prints (and gifts) at just pennies above wholesale prices. In addition, the images on the Internet can be downloaded by you or your guests immediate use. You may find a lower initial package price...but NOBODY else will give you print prices this low. This is especially important when you start making up an album for your mother or future mother-in-law.

-         The best part of this system is that you can place an initial order the DAY I post your images to the Internet. No waiting to figure out your entire order. You can order a few 8x10s right off the bat, then come back in later and order a batch of 4x6s just as easily, and quickly, as you want…and as often as you want. The shipping charge is very reasonable, so you are not compelled to order a bunch to save a few dollars.

-         Lots of other print sizes are available. Please note that while an 8x10, 11x14 and 16x20 are typical frame sizes, they are NOT the same aspect ratio as the camera image (i.e. 4x6 or 5x7). As a result, the image will be cropped from what you see as a preview image. Special attention will need to be given to cropping your images just like you want. Alternatively, 8x12, 11x17, and 13x19 may require custom framing. Please ask for further explanation if necessary.

‘A La Carte’ Special Enhancements/Effects: ~$1-10/image. Special effects can be done for any image, like a beautiful white vignette, soft focus, selective color, etc. The Enhanced package includes special effects/enhancements upon request, at no additional charge. In addition, for the Enhanced  each image is custom processed prior to posting online. Only limited retouching is applied to Basic images prior to posting online. Both are pleasing to view, however, Basic images are generally treated as proofs until they are ordered, where as Enhanced are presented in a more final state. Please see the on-line gallery for a sample of possible effects. Before placing your order on the Internet, please let me know of any changes you want made to any pictures, and the edited picture will be uploaded to replace the original so that you and your guests can order the edited version. B&W or Sepia prints are available upon request for all packages. Please do note that not ALL edits are done prior to posting and are specific saved until an image is ordered. For example, there are two similar images with varying poses for different people with in the picture. DLP will do it's best to eliminate excessive duplication, but when there is doubt, both images will be presented online. Upon request, it is possible to merge two pictures together and/or take open eyes from one picture, and place onto another image with better poses, but closed eyes. It is important to realize that a wedding is a live event, and to keep the flow as smooth as possible with out interfering with the event, irregularities do occur.
 
Image Reflection: Enhanced package includes a slide show presentation of the ceremony, formals, and any pre-wedding photos, to showcase at the reception on a laptop display at no additional cost. In the immediate Beaumont area, a projector can be set up free of charge. For out of town weddings, we can provide a projector at a rate of $50 or you may provide your own television or LCD projector/screen. Please note that not all venues support the setup and display of a laptop/projector. Please plan ahead if this is to be done. Ask for more details.

Deposit: To reserve your day, only $100 is required and non-refundable. After 3 weeks, there is a $25 rescheduling fee. There is NO charge to upgrade packages, so book your wedding date ASAP. Final payment of base amount is due 2 weeks prior to wedding date. Mid-payments are suggested. Please make checks payable to “Drew Loker”.

Start time: The Base Package usually begins about 1 hour before the ceremony, providing 4 hours after the wedding starts. There is no charge for additional locations for a reception, although additional time may be needed. If additional time is added, it is suggested that some additional time be added to “Before the Ceremony” portraits.

Travel: No charge to destinations inside of 25 miles of Beaumont. Mileage over 25 miles will generally be charged at $1/mi. Example: Houston destinations will run approx. $150. Please inquire about special arrangements, etc. There is no charge for Pt. Arthur destinations.

No limit on the number of photos taken: And regardless of how many taken, you get all of the images even if you do NOT get a print of it, you will have the image on the Image Disk (if applicable per your package selection).

Image DVD: With the Enhanced package, you will receive an Image DVD with all of the original high-resolution images. “Original” simply means that the image is straight off the camera and as such may require minor adjustments, such as lightening or darkening, which is usually provided by your local photo processor. Some original images may require red-eye removal, or other more significant image editing. Ownership of this disk give you copy-right free access to the images. You could also print any of the images on any home printer or distribute the images to whomever you want, such as copying the disk or emailing individual images. The disk also provides easy access to all of the images for slideshow and movie production. If additional retouching is desired after delivery of the disk, for the Enhanced package, images will be prepared as requested and emailed upon completion, at no additional charge.

Image Retouching: Don’t stress if you have a blemish on that special day. With state-of-the-art computer technology, on any enlargements you order, I will eliminate any imperfections, if possible, creating images you will cherish for a lifetime. Advanced retouching may include editing a wide variety of challenges. Just ask!

Web posting: For at least one (1) year after the wedding (although it is more than likely to be online indefinitely), you will be able to direct friends and family to the website. Web posting allows you to order directly off the website with direct shipment to your location. In addition, all packages will have free downloads of the images online. Although it is highly recommend that everybody orders off the website to allow DLP to be involved in the order process, downloading the image allows you send to a lab of your choice or to a print house for invitations, cards, and/or other specialty items.
