Below are several documents that you will need or may find helpful.

Wedding Data and Contract Sheet
- (PDF) -
To help facilitate mailing in your deposit, please print and complete these
sheets. Mail to Drew Loker, 1750 Rikisha, Beaumont, Tx 77706. Please make checks
payable to: Drew Loker. I will return a copy of the receipt page and a
signed version of the contract. If you have mailed a deposit and are waiting
for information to complete the form, please mail the information you do have as
soon as possible.
Time List - (PDF) - No doubt that you will have reviewed
numerous resources and suggested timelines. Here is a little worksheet for you
to work out a potential time line. Use a pencil...so it is easy to change. As a
general guideline, it is best to start the photography approximate 1.5 hours to
1 hour prior to the start of the ceremony. Timing of the pre-ceremony pictures
is essential to successful post-ceremony pictures. Please mail 2 weeks before
wedding.
Shot List - (PDF) - There are about as many traditions in a
wedding as there are people in New York. Only you and your family know what is
important to you...and what pictures will be meaningful to you. I will cover
your wedding VERY thoroughly, composing traditional and many candid photos.
Please use this sheet to tell me what you DON'T want...or something that you
definitely DO want. "Penny in your shoe" meaningless? No Flower girl
and/or ring bearer? Groom parachuting in? Put in on the sheet. Please mail 2
weeks before wedding.
Copyright Release (PDF)- Please use the online order
fulfillment at http://weddings.drewloker.com
to submit your orders. You and your guests are able to order directly from
the internet website of your images. Orders submitted over the internet are
presented to me for proofing and review, where I will make any edits and
retouching necessary, especially for enlargements. However, downloading has
been enabled on all galleries and you are free to do what you want to with the
images. This includes taking the image to be printed at Wal-mart or other local
labs. Please be aware that these labs may NOT print the image with the same
quality as the
online professional lab that my website offers and may require reprinting. I can not be responsible for
printing challenges. Also, if an image appears to have been taken by a
professional, they will ask for a copyright release. Please print this form and
take it with you to prevent any challenges when you go to pick up your prints.
